Acceptable-use policy

Effective 2026-09-12. Part of the terms.

Don't

• Store, generate or distribute illegal content, or use the service to break any law.
• Create or share sexual content involving minors, or any material that abuses, exploits or endangers children. This ends the account immediately and we report it.
• Harass, threaten, stalk or impersonate people, or build agents whose purpose is to do so.
• Mine cryptocurrency or run proof-of-work on any machine, sandbox included. The machines are sized for agents and development, and the meter is priced on that assumption.
• Use a sandbox to scan, attack or flood systems you do not own or have written permission to test.
• Attack other systems: scanning, denial of service, credential stuffing, malware, unauthorised access, or evading another service's rate limits and terms.
• Send spam or unsolicited bulk messages of any kind.
• Try to reach other customers' machines, our control plane, or the relay's internals. Report a hole and we will thank you; exploit it and we will not.
• Resell machines, share one account between many people (use Studio seats), or circumvent quotas.

Agents are software

Companion, mentor, coach and tutor agents in the catalog, first-party or expert-made, are not medical, legal, financial, psychological or other professional advice, and their output must not be presented as such. The single exception is an expert preset whose qualified author says so clearly on the preset, in writing, and takes responsibility for it. Even then, the agent is a tool that expert built, not the expert.

Agents you publish must not claim to be human when asked, must not manipulate people into dependence or spending, and must point to real people and emergency services when a conversation calls for it.

Expert authors

• Describe accurately what your preset does, who you are, and what it is not.
• Keep it current. Presets in regulated fields that go stale may be unpublished after notice.
• Do not include content you do not have the right to publish.

Models and data

Respect the licences of the models you run on GPU machines and the terms of any provider you connect an agent to with your own key. Do not use private GPU machines to generate content that violates this policy; the sandbox is private, the rules still apply.

Enforcement

We stop machines, unpublish presets or close accounts when this policy is broken, in proportion to the breach, and we tell you why unless the law forbids it. Report abuse to abuse@omarchy.fans.
